Passed! Leesys's trainees hold a certificate in their hands - 01/2020

At the end of January, three graduates in Electronics Engineering for Operating Technology celebrated the successful completion of their professional training at Leesys.
A varied program was offered to 200 guests in Leipzig's KUBUS, presented to family, friends and trainers of the graduates. As every year, photo impressions from the training period provided a lot of joy for the graduates. The highlight of the evening, however, was the handing over of the certificates with the appreciation of many outstanding achievements.

“The very good professional education results of our trainees show the high motivation of our young trainees and the extraordinarily good quality of the training. I look forward to welcoming them as new employees to our team in the future”, says Sylvia Schulze, Head of Human Resources at Leesys.
Young skilled workers Emily Fleck and Nico Walter have been supporting production since February 2020. Its main tasks include troubleshooting and fault clearance. This requires a high level of know-how in handling test equipment. Erik Schulz works as a machine operator on a test equipment line.
But what motivates the trainees to perform best? Emily Fleck says: "During my apprenticeship, I was encouraged to think outside the box - both in the wide range of project work and using an SMT assembly line." Nico Walter adds: "We were able to tackle independently a lot of topics from the very first. That motivated me to get involved beyond the standard requirements."
We wish our young skilled employees a good start to their professional lives.
